Youth Protection Policy
The "TOAPING" web service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") operated by PCNC Co., Ltd., establishes and implements the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection and youth protection policies to protect youth from mentally and physically harmful environments and ensure their healthy growth.
The company prevents access to harmful information by minors under the age of 19 in accordance with the Korea Communications Standards Commission's Information and Communication Deliberation Regulations and the Youth Protection Act's Youth Harmful Media Deliberation Standards. Through this Youth Protection Policy, the company informs you of the measures it is taking to protect minors.
1.Restrictions on and management of youth access to harmful information
To prevent youth from being exposed to harmful information without any restrictions, the company has established and implemented authentication systems for youth-harmful media, and is taking preventative measures to prevent exposure to harmful information.
2.Implementation of education to protect youth from harmful information
The company provides training to youth protection officers on various related laws and regulations for youth protection, sanctions, how to respond when harmful information is discovered, and reporting procedures for handling violations.
3.Counseling and complaint handling for damage caused by harmful information
The company has assigned specialized personnel to provide consultation and complaint handling services for damage caused by harmful information, and is working to prevent the spread of damage due to delays in remedial measures and inadequate handling.
4.Designation of a youth protection team
The company is doing its best to protect youth, including establishing youth protection policies.
